Pick Up/Drop Off

PCL Solutions can come to your work or business to pick up the machine that is experiencing the issue and bring it back to our facility. Once the work is completed PCL Solutions can drop off the repaired machine at your office or home.

In-Store

PCL Solutions can provide this service at our conviently located 118 Franklin Ave, Nutley, NJ location.

REPAIR GUARANTEE:

45 days from completion of service for same issue initially PCL Solutions Inc. serviced.

PAYMENT:

Must be recieved within 30 days after the job is completed (business' only, home users; payment required upon pick up) unless both parties agreed on different terms. If payment is not received a penalty of 10% will be applied to the balance.

REFUND POLICY:

Customer can get a refund up to 30 days past completion of service if PCL Solutions cannot rectify the original service issue after 3 visits. PCL Solutions Inc. reserves the right for refunds to be given in store credit for future purchases.

NON REFUNDABLE CHARGES:

The following will not be refunded -
Opened Software costs / Rush charges/ pick up or delivery charges / hardware charges.
